Terms of Service

The service

Itsumade ("the service") is a WaniKani completion forecasting tool. It runs Monte Carlo simulations based on user-provided study parameters to estimate when you might complete the WaniKani course.

Forecasts are estimates, not guarantees. Actual completion time depends on factors the simulation cannot predict.

Accounts

You may use the simulator without an account (free tier). Creating an account gives you access to saved history and usage tracking. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

Paid plans

Yearly plan ($1.49/year): auto-renews annually. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period.

Lifetime plan ($1.99): one-time payment for permanent access to all current and future paid features.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@itsumade.com within 14 days of purchase.

WaniKani integration

Itsumade is not affiliated with Tofugu LLC or WaniKani. We access WaniKani data through their public API v2 using your personal API key, which you provide voluntarily.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service by sending automated bulk requests, attempting to access other users' data, or interfering with service operation. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to inaccurate forecasts or service downtime.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
